The mission of the Black Law Student Association is to represent the views of the African American/Black students at the Florida A&M University College of Law; to promote the welfare of its members through educational, professional, cultural and social programs; and to provide a forum for the discussion of local and national issues affecting both the African American law students community and the University community as a whole. The mission of BLSA is also to increase the number of culturally responsible Black and minority attorneys who excel academically, succeed professionally, and positively impact the community.
