Transfer Academic Success Services
The Transfer Academic Success Services (TASS) works with our newest transfer rattlers in transitioning into FAMU, retention, graduation and overall academic success here at Florida A&M University. The Transfer Academic Success Services (TASS) strives to foster a sense of community among the transfer student population by the incoming and returning transfer students working and learning together to develop a unique perspective of academic excellence and reaching career goals through shared experiences. The Transfer Academic Success Services (TASS) works closely with faculty, staff, and university student support services to advocate and support transfer students in enhancing their academic journey and social experience. We take pride in providing academic support and guidance to newly admitted and current transfer students by directing them to appropriate resources and campus services through Transfer Workshops, the Transfer2Transfer Peer Mentoring Program, Transfer Student Association Organization (TSAO), Transfer Student Ambassadors, the Eta Gamma chapter of Tau Sigma National Honor Society and other great opportunities within the Transfer Academic Success Services Office (TASS).
