In Book Club, a registered Student Organization at Florida Atlantic®, members read about 2 books per semester and meet to discuss each book. Club members and officers compile a list of potential books at the beginning of each semester; books are then chosen through a voting system. Meetings are held after breaks so that students have some time to read the book, and email reminders are sent out one week prior to the meetings. Students are encouraged to join the book club at any point during the year, even if they have not been regularly attending meetings.
