SAA is comprised of student leaders interested in becoming involved on campus and being a part of growing tradition and spirit at FAU. SAA is comprised of three branches: 1) SAA General is the traditional building aspect of the organization which hosts Beat T-Shirt Distribution, BEAT BASH, Tailgating, etc. 2) The prOWLers focus on FAU athletics and provides an opportunity for SAA members to gain access to the sidelines of Football games and other game ops, Watch Parties, Priority Seating, etc. 3) University Ambassadors is an exclusive group (must have 3.0 GPA) of SAA members who assist with welcoming prestigious university guests, alumni, donors, faculty, staff, and students to major campus events like the State of the University Address, the Distinguished Alumni and Hall of Fame Awards Reception, as well as other functions at the Eleanor R. Baldwin House, home of FAU’s President, Dr. John Kelly. Ambassadors have the opportunity to represent FAU while networking with members of the University community, earning volunteer hours, and gaining valuable leadership experience.
