Making Waves
The purpose of the Making Waves club is to educate the members on the different ecosystems that survive or benefit directly from the beaches in Palm Beach County by promoting the protection and enjoyment of the beach’s ecosystem through voluntary and recreational activities. Making Waves prioritizes the education and unity of the members that participate in the club’s events and are passionate about the beach community. The organization will aim for monthly meetings, excursions to state parks, beach cleanups, volunteering in the community, surf lessons, and surfing excursions.
