NSO - Graduate Student Organization *Ph.D. or Master's Students PURPOSE: The NSO is a Graduate Student organization to promote, support, and develop Graduate Students across the field of neuroscience by bringing together scientists of various backgrounds while also educating the general public. OBJECTIVES: Cultivate a unified Graduate Student neuroscience community by keeping members informed of, and encouraging active participation in, NSO activities. Develop the skillsets of neuroscience Graduate Students by holding professional development workshops and providing a forum for scientific communication. Engage member participation in community through outreach & educational activities. Advocate for neuroscience research and its funding.
