Founded in 2010, our chapter strives to provide a supportive environment for women pursuing engineering and related fields, while also promoting professional development and leadership opportunities. Our mission is to empower everyone to achieve their full potential in careers as engineers and leaders while fostering a sense of community and belonging through networking, mentorship, and outreach initiatives. We believe that by promoting equity and inclusivity in STEM, we can create a brighter future for all.
