Branch Out FGCU
FGCU is home to a variety of amazing groups based around tons of unique hobbies and interests. Unfortunately, between visiting so many different locations at mismatched times and keeping track of the networks within those settings, it can quickly become intimidating for anyone to try them out. Luckily, we have a solution. At Branch Out FGCU, we believe that finding your people and discovering passions you never could’ve imagined should feel exciting, not scary. That’s why we created a group dedicated to experiencing new things and meeting new individuals every week - but conveniently at the same time and place, so you can focus on keeping track of your studies instead of the overwhelming number of settings that other clubs frequent. Our goal is to be a bridge between your current and ideal extracurricular life - without the hassle of managing all of the details. Simply swing by any of our meetings to participate in the day’s activity or learn interesting facts about a variety of recreational topics. Regardless of how familiar you are with the daily subject, every meeting is a chance to discover a new outlook that can build your own perspective and understanding of the diverse community around you. Let us be the foundation upon which you build your nest here at Florida Gulf Coast University. Whether it’s discovering fresh extracurriculars, finding new confidence outside of your comfort zone, or making lifelong friends alongside your fellow eagles, come Branch Out with us, at FGCU!
