Mole Day Photography and Art Exhibition Show us where chemistry meets creativity! The American Chemical Society @ FIU is calling for submissions of original artwork or photos that have some fascinating chemistry behind them to be exhibited at our Mole Day Photography and Art Exhibition ! ️ Thursday, October 22nd, 2026 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM PG5-134 As well as the exhibition, we will also have our featured speaker, Dr. Indranil Chakraborty , there to talk to attendees about the chemistry behind photography! Anyone is invited to participate, and all styles and subjects are welcome for submission! The selected works will also be displayed at the exhibition for anyone attending to enjoy! The submission should include a photo that you intend to showcase or a picture of the art piece that you intend to submit (no AI-generated pieces are allowed!), as well as a short write-up (2-4 sentences) explaining the relevance of the chemistry in your submission. All submissions are due by Sunday, October 11th, 2026 at 11:59 PM . Whether you are submitting your artwork or RSVPing for the event, please register/submit using this link. We are so excited to see your talent! This event is open to all students and funded by SGA.
