Team Building (LSTD01)
How is your team doing? This workshop has three goals: 1) help each member learn more about their own personal style, 2) help everyone learn more about their coworkers’ personal styles, and 3) help everyone utilize this knowledge in a practical way that improves the workplace environment by strengthening the team. There are no bad types! Through a series of exercises and discussions, you will have a chance to experience differences in how people gather information, make decisions, and structure their lives. This knowledge often helps teams find more ways to “play to their strengths.” How to Enroll • Please go to my.fsu.edu and log in with your FSUID and password • Navigate to HR > Learning and Development > Request Training Enrollment • Search using the course name or course number (LSTD01) For additional assistance, please refer to the Registration and Cancellation Instructions.
