EO Compliance & Reporting (COEOCR)
This course provides a comprehensive overview of Florida State University’s Equal Opportunity and Title IX compliance requirements. Participants will learn about federal and state laws, as well as key university policies, including the Anti-Sexual Misconduct Policy, Title IX Compliance Policy, and Equal Opportunity, Non-Discrimination, and Non-Retaliation Policy. The course also addresses discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, and includes case studies for practical application. Additionally, it reviews what constitutes sexual harassment and misconduct and outlines employees’ mandatory reporting obligations and available resources.
