Our mission is to address critical aspects of anesthesiology, with a focus on increasing the presence of anesthesiologists in underserved rural areas both nationally and globally. We strive to deepen understanding of the specialty’s role in combating the United States opioid epidemic and educate the medical community on the diverse roles of general and subspecialty anesthesiologists. Through outreach and education, we aim to dispel misconceptions about anesthesiology procedures among healthcare professionals and the public.
