Claws & Clauses is an organization constructed to bridge the conservational gap between science, lawmakers, and the public. This organization teaches students of all majors how to read scientific publications and create realistic solutions to conservational crises based off the newest wildlife and conservational research. Part of this organization's goal is to help the general public easily access new scientific work in ways everyone can appreciate, through engaging social media posts, hands-on field trips, and even coherent legislature that is presentable to local government. Weekly meetings consist of reading new Floridian wildlife publications, watching influential media on promoting wildlife conservation, and learning how to spread awareness and promote the solutions to local conservational issues within our own community.
