Camp Kesem at FSU
Camp Kesem is a national nonprofit organization that provides a free week of camp to kids with a parent affected by cancer. Students will be responsible for planning camp programs, recruiting campers from the community, fundraising, and reaching out to our Florida State campus! As stated, we are a chapter of a national organization, and there are over 100 chapters (different schools) involved! Camp Kesem FSU works to create a fun environment while also allowing the opportunity to show your leadership skills! This can be done by joining a committee, getting involved on our coordinator board, or showing leadership at camp, if chosen as a counselor! We have committee meetings every other week, and general body meetings every two weeks. We also have multiple fundraisers, socials, and other events to attend throughout the semester! We hope you all become a part of our CK FSU Family!
