Care Beyond the Chart Collective at FSU
Care Beyond the Chart Collective is a pediatric-focused service organization dedicated to supporting children receiving hospital care, whether for long-term, chronic, or short-term medical needs, by addressing experiences beyond clinical treatment. We partner with pediatric hospital units to provide engagement, comfort, and connection through service initiatives, ethical fundraising, and interdisciplinary innovation. Our work focuses on improving patients' quality of life through creative programming, resource support, and impact-driven projects that address needs often overlooked in traditional healthcare settings. The organization is intentionally interdisciplinary and welcomes students from all majors. Members are encouraged to contribute their unique academic backgrounds to our mission. For example, healthcare students may support patient engagement, business and marketing students may lead fundraising and sponsorship initiatives, and engineering or technology students may contribute to innovation projects. However, members are not limited to these roles and are encouraged to explore any area of impact that aligns with their interests.
