Filipino Student Association
Our mission is to promote and increase awareness of the Filipino culture to the student body and the Tallahassee community. We provide opportunities to enhance the understanding of our nation’s history and culture, while educating those who are unfamiliar with the beauty of our Filipino heritage. We seek to define, preserve and continue a strong foundation of our cultural values. We hope that through our events, activities and actions, we can define a higher appreciation for diversity and promote greater awareness at FSU. Special activities include: Parol Ball, Kapatid-Kuya-Ate-Ading Mentorship Program (KKAAMP), Barrio Fiesta, Indak Cultural Dance Troupe, FSA Sports, Big Bend Filipino Association, etc...
