Take One Film and Podcast Club
Take One Film and Podcast Club is dedicated to creating a fun, collaborative space for film enthusiasts and thoughtful discussions. Our goal is to foster an open-minded community where students can learn both cinematic techniques and interpersonal skills. We meet twice a week: one day for workshops, the other for a general meeting. Workshops offer hands-on experience in film techniques, writing, and editing. General meetings focus on learning new techniques, sharing ideas, and reviewing the month’s agenda. A podcast will be hosted at least once a month, with the time and date to be decided at the first general meeting of that month. Take One hopes to provide opportunities for students who need guidance on video projects (whether that be cast members, editors, or a helping hand), as well as a welcoming community for anyone passionate about film and podcasts.
