The Consulting Group at Florida State University
The Consulting Group at Florida State University is a premier, student-operated consulting firm serving businesses and organizations across the United States. Our team, comprising top-tier students from the College of Business, collaborates with an advisory board bringing decades of operational expertise. By leveraging our diverse student backgrounds and business acumen, we provide clients with data-driven solutions and innovative strategies. We work with for-profit and non-profit companies over the course of each semester (Fall and Spring). Each semester we take on 2-4 different client projects, and you meet with the client every other week. In the off weeks we meet as a full group where we give client updates, work on deliverables, and figure out what the next steps should be in the project. Project teams are made up of 1 project lead and 5-10 consultants. The Group lets students take on real clients, solve real-world business problems, and add real value to the companies they work with. If you are interested in joining this elite business organization, we have recruitment once a year in the Fall.
