From Awareness to Action Mental Health Forum The event will bring students together to learn about common mental-health challenges faced in college, including stress, anxiety, burnout, loneliness, and depression. The forum will feature guest speakers and a representative from UCF Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS), who will share information about available mental-health resources and support on campus. Our goal is to promote awareness, reduce stigma, encourage healthy conversations, and help students understand where they can turn when they or someone they know needs support.
