Calisthenics and Yoga Knights intro Meeting Come out to our first Calisthenics & Yoga Knights meeting at Knights Plaza (grassy area in front of addition financial arena)! This will be an intro meeting where you’ll get to learn more about the club, meet everyone, and get a feel for what our future meetings will look like. We’ll be: Introducing the club and what we’re all about Going over what you can expect from future meetings and events Demonstrating some of the calisthenics skills you’ll be learning Teaching a few beginner-friendly skills and movements Getting everyone involved and giving you a chance to meet other members No experience is needed! Whether you’re already into calisthenics or have never tried it before, come out, learn some new skills, and meet the community.
