Step Up for Down Syndrome Walk Volunteering The Step Up for Down Syndrome Walk is such an important volunteering opportunity. This walk is the Down Syndrome Association of Central Florida’s largest fundraiser and helps provide critical funding that allows the Down Syndrome Association of Central Florida to offer programs, resources, and support to more than 1,200 families throughout the year. We can't wait, it's gonna be such a good time! If there are any repeat volunteers that have volunteer shirts from last year, please wear them! Date and Time: October 10th from 8 am-12 pm Volunteer duties may include: Cheer squad – Keep the energy high and encourage walkers! Photography & Stage Management – Capture special moments and assist with event flow. Set up/breakdown – Help with decor, banners, VIP areas, and more! Start Line Manager – Keep everything running smoothly at the kickoff. To sign up to volunteer with NSSLHA, you can 1. Click on this link and click register to Volunteer 2. Fill out all your personal info, and for the company name, enter UCF NSSLHA! 3.
