The Empowerment Collective is a service-oriented organization dedicated to promoting accessibility, confidence, and self-care through free beauty services/resources and educational workshops. Our mission is to provide makeup, hairstyling, skincare, and grooming services/items to individuals in underserved communities, such as those in women’s shelters, foster programs, or low-income families. Beyond services, we aim to educate our community by hosting workshops featuring professionals like dermatologists, estheticians, and cosmetologists who teach safe, affordable, and inclusive beauty practices. We also aim to promote healthy beauty standards and practices amongst our community and members. Our core values are empowerment, inclusivity, education, and community care.
