Surf Club
UF Surf Club is, at its core, a collective of surf-stoked individuals based in the middle of the state. Despite the distance to the beach, we proudly operate out of Gainesville to spread the art, music, and joy of both surf and surf club culture. We’ve been “Surfin’ the State since ‘78”, and have risen from the humble beginnings of just a few friends that loved to surf to a family with members and alumni all across the globe. With traditions such as our Alumni Challenge and King of Clubs contests, we proudly aim to reinforce and grow this family. With our centralized location, we have a culture of travel and “strike missions”, ranging anywhere from nearby St Augustine to New Smyrna, SoCal, Nicaragua, and beyond. Given the dedication and passion of our club members, we fully believe that the magic of Surf Club cannot be contained. Go Gators!
