Surfers For Autism
The purpose of Surfers For Autism is to carry out the mission of the non-profit SFA organization through advocacy, fundraising, and volunteering. The nonprofit holds free festival learn to surf days throughout the year at various beaches in Florida, and are looking to expand their volunteer base with UF students. Our anticipated involvement with the non-profit moving forward is to assist fundraising, recruit students to attend events as volunteers, and support their festival events with recruitment of local community sponsors as needed.
