Surge Interest Group
The mission of Surge is to develop promising leaders in the community who will epitomize personal growth, academic achievement, Asian American Native Hawaiian Pacific Islander Desi (“AANHPID”) awareness, and cultural diversity. Surge aims to serve and better the community through leading by example. Surge strives to create leaders out of individuals from a broad spectrum of backgrounds, who conduct themselves in a professional manner in all facets of life. As an interest group, Surge aims to form a brxtherhood that will direct a new path and provide a new outlet for the student body within the Gainesville community.
