Women in Surgery & Innovation dedicated to supporting, empowering, and inspiring women who are interested in pursuing any career within the medical field. Whether our members hope to become doctors, nurses, physician assistants, technicians, researchers, therapists, or any other type of healthcare professional, this club is a place where they can feel welcomed, encouraged, and understood. Our mission is to create a safe and supportive space where women can grow academically, professionally, and personally. We want our members to feel confident in their goals, supported through their challenges, and reminded that setbacks do not define their future. Through mentorship, mental health support, guest speakers from women in healthcare, personal statement writing workshops, and access to volunteer, clinical, shadowing, and other career-building opportunities, Women in Medicine will help members gain the experience, guidance, and confidence they need as they work toward their futures in healthcare. Our club will also provide members with opportunities to connect beyond campus, including the chance to attend the Women in Medicine Conference in Tampa, founded by Dr. Sharron Ross. By exposing members to real women in the medical field and meaningful professional experiences, we hope to help each member see that their goals are possible. Above all, Women in Medicine exists to remind every member that they is capable, supported, and never alone in her journey. No matter what setbacks they may face, this club will be a community that encourages our members to keep going, grow stronger,
