Leadership Development Series - Understanding Group Dynamics: Building Effective Teams
Participants will explore how effective groups develop, collaborate, and navigate challenges to achieve shared goals. Through this program students will build skills in communication, collaboration, and conflict management, equipping them to contribute to positive group dynamics. Learning Outcomes: 1.) Assess organizational strengths, challenges, and future needs to support long-term growth and continuity. 2.) Effectively transfer organizational knowledge and responsibilities to incoming officers.
