Thursday, September 24th, 1:30pm – 2:30pm - A Strengths Approach to Being Your Best The purpose of this session is to help attendees think about what they do well and how they can use their strengths to be successful – academically and professionally. Monday, October 5th, 1:30pm – 2:30pm - Talent Theme Dynamics In this session, attendees will continue the exploration of their top five strengths, how they interact with each other, and how they can leverage that knowledge to be successful. Thursday, October 22nd, 1:30pm – 2:30pm - The Power of Strengths-Based Partnerships Attendees will leave with an understanding of how to use their talents in partnerships where they know the other people’s talents (i.e. on campus employment) and when they do not know (i.e. in academic group work). Wednesday, November 4th, 1:30pm – 2:30pm - Strengths-Based Communication The purpose of this session is to empower attendees on communicating about what they bring to a team with their strengths and how to manage the barrier labels of their strengths for better wellbeing. Monday, November 16th, 1:30pm – 2:30pm - Using Strengths Within a Team The purpose of this session is to guide attendees through identifying how the strengths of their team members impact the dynamics of the team and how they can individually help the team achieve their goals.
