Leadership Development Series - Understanding Group Dynamics: Building Effective Teams
Participants will explore how effective groups develop, collaborate, and navigate challenges to achieve shared goals. Through this program students will build skills in communication, collaboration, and conflict management, equipping them to contribute to positive group dynamics. Learning Outcomes: 1.) Describe how groups evolve throughout the stages of group development. 2.) Identify what characteristics contribute to group success. 3.) Understand group development through the lens of Relational Leadership 4.) Explain how healthy conflict can strengthen collaboration and group decisions
