Time Travel Your MΩnΞy This event will be called "Time Travel Your MΩnΞy", a hands-on, informative workshop designed to introduce students to the fundamentals of investing and the importance of making money work beyond traditional saving and budgeting. As students progress through college, internships, and eventually transition into full-time corporate roles, financial literacy becomes increasingly important, thus exposing students to the foundational knowledge needed to build wealth through stocks, Roth IRAs, and 401(k)s. This event aims to bridge that gap by providing a structured and accessible overview of these concepts in a way that is both engaging and applicable to real-life situations. Omega Xi members will guide attendees through key concepts, beginning with the difference between saving and investing and the idea of passive financial growth over time. The event will include interactive, scenario-based group activities where students apply concepts to real-life financial situations. Our goal is for attendees to leave with a foundational understanding of investing and a mindset focused on long-term financial growth, aligning with Omega Xi’s commitment to professional development.
