Weekly Practice Women’s Ultimate is passionate about creating an inclusive student organization that promotes and values diversity. Our commitment to inclusion across race, gender, ethnicity, religion, or any other aspects that make our members unique is what allows our club to strengthen and grow. We do not tolerate any form of discrimination and strive to incorporate diversity, equity, and inclusion practices at the center of organization. The UF Women's Ultimate Frisbee Club Team was founded 19 years ago, originally as "FUEL" (Florida Ultimate Elite Ladies). The club includes both FUEL and our B-Team, DIESEL. Any UF student is welcome to come out and play and we guarantee you'll have a great time. There is a spot for everyone! The majority of people who come out have never played before. Both teams compete in 4-6 tournaments a year against other schools, mostly in the southeast. However, FUEL has traveled as far as California, Texas, and Colorado in the last few years for competition. We are funded by the University, which covers the majority of our costs. FUEL qualified for Nationals in 2006, 2007, 2011, 2012, 2017 and 2018. In their seventh year, DIESEL is the only B-team to have qualified for and played in Regionals, and they've done so twice.
