Centennial Village

Centennial Village is part of the University of Miami’s multi-year plan to modernize campus housing and enhance the first-year residential experience. Located in the footprint of the former Hecht and Stanford Residential Colleges, Centennial Village is home to five residential colleges: Biscayne, Coral, Grove, Ibis, and Vista.

The 12-acre Lakeside Village is comprised of 25 interconnected buildings and a multitude of outdoor spaces including a grand courtyard, study spots, recreational spaces, and outdoor patios overlooking the courtyard.
