Federacion de Estudiantes Cubanos
The Federación de Estudiantes Cubanos (FEC) was founded at the University of Miami in 1967. This organization is dedicated to keeping the Cuban culture alive and present in the UM community. FEC participates in numerous events each year. During the annual “A Week of Cuban Culture,” FEC invites the student body to enjoy Cuban food, music, and other activities, all in the spirit of the Cuban tradition. Other events include the annual "Mami / Papi" Party, Homecoming, UM sporting events, "Conga for a Cause" and Rumble on the Green. Make sure to stop by the FEC office anytime, located in Student Activity Center Suite 210-F to visit your favorite FECers and join the familia!! FEC PI PI RI PI PI!! Que Siga la Tradicion!!
