The objectives of Hammer and Canes shall be to: ● Weekly chapter meetings to discuss professional development, upcoming events, and member engagement. ● Professional Development Workshops (CAD Training, resume building, alumni networking, professional speakers) ● Service Projects (Habitat for Humanity FL and CA) ● Brotherhood Activities, such as team building exercises, member retreats, social mixers, and collaborative engineering design challenges.
