Inspire U Academy
Inspire U Academy is dedicated to impacting the trajectory of underrepresented local high school students. Through each mentor’s personal and academic struggles, all members utilize their perspectives and wisdom to aid in the construction of their mentee’s own survival guides. Our organization fosters a connection between high school and college students through monthly, interactive sessions. In addition to the realm of academia, InspireU addresses professionalism, networking, personal growth and the transition into adulthood. Moreover, our student organization has a goal of transcending past institutional, structural and socially constructed barriers by guiding the next generation of underrepresented students to greatness and opening their eyes to a variety of opportunities for success. Membership to the organization is based on one primary application cycle in late August/early September. Please contact the current president for more information.
