Jamaican Student Association
JAMSA is the University of Miami’s association for Jamaican students. Our purpose is to foster a sense of community, cultural identity and personal development among current University of Miami students of Jamaican backgrounds and promote cultural awareness to those of non-Jamaican backgrounds. We know it may be hard being away from home, so consider this a safe space to connect with your fellow yaadies. If you have a Jamaican background, join us to immerse further into the culture and connect like never before. If you’re just curious, find out more about our rich and unique culture when you join us. We can’t wait to see you!
