Student Center Complex Advisory Council (SCCAC) The SCCAC derives its informal authority to make policy recommendations from the students of the University of Miami in accordance with the resolution passed by the University of Miami students in March 2006 and submitted to the President of the University of Miami on April 3, 2006, stating in part: “An advisory board for the Student Center, to include undergraduate, graduate, and law students and to be chaired by a student, will be created to provide guidance in establishing policies for building use.”
